Since 2016, IMAGI had changed its core business from production, distribution and marketing of computer graphic imaging ("CGI") animation motion pictures, and commercial exploration of intellectual properties to investment holdings and integrated financial services (“Integrated Financial Services”). The Integrated Financial Services comprise of securities brokerage and related financial advisory services, margin financing services, asset management services, corporate finance advisory services, money lending services, securities investments and proprietary trading. The goal of developing the Integrated Financial Services business is to provide better return to, and enhance value, for the shareholders of the Company.
